2.1 Age Requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The winph11 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. winph11 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements without prior disclosure.
2.4 Exclusion Lists. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to register or use winph11. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.
3.1 Single Account. Each individual may register only one (1) winph11 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. winph11 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 KYC Verification. winph11 is required by law to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph11 login credentials. You must notify winph11 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. winph11 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your winph11 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. winph11 reserves the right to close any account that has been transferred or is being used by a person other than the registered account holder.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winph11 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. winph11 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. winph11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. winph11 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. winph11 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced scrutiny, reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. winph11 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by SMS before any fee is applied.
5.1 winph11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire automatically.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. winph11 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or colluding with other players.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. winph11 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where the player's betting patterns suggest the promotion is being exploited rather than used in the spirit intended.
6.1 All games available on the winph11 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by winph11 or any third party.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed will be refunded to the player's account. winph11 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as displayed on screen. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the actual game outcome, the outcome recorded by the game server shall prevail.
6.4 winph11 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, and to correct any manifest errors in game results.

8.1 All content on the winph11 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of winph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of winph11.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 winph11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph11 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 winph11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
10.1 winph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 winph11 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units where required by law, including under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
11.1 winph11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and cool-off periods through their account settings. Self-exclusion options — including permanent self-exclusion — are available at any time.

Upon termination for cause, winph11 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.
12.2 By You. You may close your winph11 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain.
12.3 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
13.2 winph11 operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by winph11 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.1 winph11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
